Denis joined the team in 2020 to promote Runa’s activities in Asia.
He focuses on helping portfolio startups enter Asian markets, especially China, find suitable technological and distribution partners.
He is also engaged in scouting B2B SaaS, Deep Tech and Fintech startups in Asia.
Prior to joining Runa, Denis managed an investment project in China.
He also co-founded a startup that helps high-tech companies enter the Chinese market.
Denis has a M.S.
from University for International Business and Economics in Beijing and exchange program experience at Free University of Berlin.
During his studies he was the chairman of a student Energy Club.
Denis is fluent in English, German and Chinese, he enjoys watching series and reading books in these three languages.
Denis is also fascinated with Space, he wrote several articles about comparing some space industries.
