The Group's principal activity is to manufacture, market and distribute woven textile fabrics made from cotton, wool, flax, synthetic fibers or synthetic filament yarns. The Group operates through its subsidiary, Delta Mills Inc. The Group's customers include branded apparel manufacturers and resellers such as Levi Strauss, Haggar Corp, the Wrangler(R) and Lee(R) divisions of V. F. Corporation, Liz Claiborne Inc and private label apparel manufacturers for J.C. Penney Company Inc, Sears Roebuck & Co, Wal-Mart Stores Inc and other retailers. The Group also manufactures camouflage print fabric and other fabrics for the United States Department of Defense. The Group's marketing office is based in New York, which serves the United States, Canadian and Mexican markets. The Group also has sales agents operating from Atlanta, Dallas, San Francisco and Mexico.
