Mr. David Goldfinger is Director at The GreensLedge Group LLC.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldfingere was associated with J.P.
Morgan for seven years, most recently as a Vice President in the Global Structured Credit business.
He began his career in 2002 at J.P.
Morgan in the CLO/CDO Structuring and Execution Group, and during his time there closed securitizations backed by leveraged loans, ABS, MBS and CDOs.
He mainly focused on balance sheet and arbitrage securitizations of middle market loans and was responsible for specialty finance issuer client coverage.
He has extensive experience with all facets of structuring and executing CDO transactions, including issuer and investor client management, modeling and analysis, legal documentation, and rating agency negotiation.
Mr. Goldfinger holds a B.A.
degree in Economic-Mathematics from Columbia University.
