Prior to joining Dominus, Mr. Sebastian was the CEO of MW Industries since 1994.
Mr. Sebastian led a team that grew the company, organically and through ten acquisitions, from a small single location to North America's largest manufacturer of springs and fasteners with fourteen facilities and annual revenues in excess of $250M.
He served as a member of the Boards of Spring Manufacturers Institute, where he served as its President for three years and is currently a technical advisor, Scoville Mfg.
and GSC Banking, where he was Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Sebastian began his career at the Barnes Group where he had a number of key roles in senior management.
Mr. Sebastian received a BS degree from Lehigh University and is a graduate of the University of Michigan Executive Program.
