He also served on First Republic's Alternatives Due Diligence Committee.
Earlier in his career, he advised affluent families at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
Mr. Bessey also served as the Head Trader and a Partner for Cliffwood Partners.
His experience also includes advising and marketing to institutional clients for Goldman Sachs (SLK division) and proprietary trading on the floor of the Pacific Stock Exchange.
Mr. Bessey received his MBA in Finance and Investments from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
