Prior to joining Greenfield, Mr. Salley was employed by Heitman Capital Management as a Vice President in the portfolio management group.
At Heitman, he managed five commingled real estate funds containing 38 properties with a gross investment value of nearly $900 million.
He was also involved with several separate account clients including LACERA, LA Fire & Police and Pennsylvania SERS.
In addition, he gained asset management experience while employed in the Finance group at Metropolitan Structures.
Prior to graduate school, he was employed by JMB Realty Corporation as an Acquisition Associate.
Mr. Salley received his BS from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and his MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
