Charles W.
Dyke has been Senior Vice President of Government Relations for Biothera, Inc. since April 17, 2002.
He is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of International Technology & Trade Associates, Inc. Mr. Dyke is an Adjunct Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
He is a Member of the Corporate Council for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, the National Defense Industrial Association, the Association of the US Army, the Air Force Association, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and the Washington Institute of Foreign Affairs.
Mr. Dyke retired from the US Army as Lieutenant General in 1988 after more than 34 years of service.
He is a graduate of the US Army War College and he received a BA in History from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1963, an MA in International Affairs from George Washington University in 1968 and a Master's degree of Military Art and Science from the US Army Command and General Staff College in 1967.
