It aims to restore and reuse the Kingsway Exchange Tunnels and plans to collaborate with major technological and entertainment companies, museums, and universities, to create an attraction which allows visitors to explore and discover the heritage and history of London during WW2 and the Cold War. The company was founded by Angus Stewart Douglas Murray on January 27, 2021 and is headquartered in Chichester, the United Kingdom.
