From 1998 to 2002, she was a Fundamental Analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co. covering the business services sector while working with the same team of people as she did at CIBC World Markets.
Ms. Smith began her career in 1993 with KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she became a Senior Accountant.
Ms. Smith is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
She is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the New York Society of Securities Analysts.
