Mr. Brian M.
Burke is a Principal at Triasima Portfolio Management, Inc. He joined Triasima in 2007.
He began his career in Corporate Finance in the International division of the Mercantile Bank of Canada in 1980.
He entered the investment business in 1982 with Burns Fry and Co. in institutional equity sales.
In 1984, he joined Capital Group Securities, and was appointed Senior Vice President and Director before moving to Midland Walwyn in 1991 becoming Senior Vice President, Director and eventually Manager of the Montreal Institutional equity business with clients in Boston, New York, Toronto and Montréal.
Upon the purchase in 1999 of Midland Walwyn by Merrill Lynch, he assumed the role of Director of Global Equity markets with responsibilities for marketing global securities and research to Institutional clients in Montreal and Toronto.
Mr. Burke holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce, an MBA degree and received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1987.
