Mr. Bob E.
Drury is Partner at Laurel Capital Partners LLC.
Prior to joining Laurel, he was President of RED Associates.
In this capacity he advised small and mid-market companies on strategies for profitable growth, provided financial management services, and sourced financing for developing companies.
He completed successful financings and acquisitions for both sellers and buyers, with a focus on recurring-revenue businesses.
Previously Mr. Drury was a founder and Chief Financial Officer of GCA Services, Inc., a national provider of facilities management services to schools, colleges, and businesses.
He was instrumental in completing and fully integrating 11 acquisitions and driving organic growth, building a profitable business with revenues of over $500 million.
Mr. Drury was previously Chief Financial Officer of Sodexo, US, where he led the acquisition and managed the debt financing for Sodexo’s purchase of Marriott’s Food and Management Services Division, making Sodexo the world’s largest management services company.
Prior to that acquisition he was a leader in growing Sodexo’s business organically by over 20 percent per year in a modestly growing market.
Mr. Drury had previously been CFO of Aramark’s International and Leisure Services sectors, where he redirected Aramark’s International growth strategies.
He also had profit responsibility for a number of Aramark businesses including a facilities management subsidiary and a ski area.
Earlier in his career, he had been with PepsiCo in financial and strategic planning positions, and its subsidiary Wilson Sporting Goods as CFO of the Golf Division.
He has served on a number of civic Chambers of Commerce boards.
Mr. Drury holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Lafayette College, and an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York Universities’ Stern School of Business.
