In 1975 Mr. Brogan opened the Tucker Anthony & R.
L.
Day, Inc., institutional office in Philadelphia, where he worked closely with Stan Berge, Tucker Anthony’s First-Team Institutional II all-star from 1974 to 76.
In 1988, Mr. Brogan began a new chapter in his career, co-founding BOMAR Securities.
There, Mr. Brogan and his team created the world’s first Windows-based trading platform, now known as the industry leading Thomson Reuters Advanced Equity Trader (ICON).
BOMAR was acquired by Reuters Ltd.
in 1992.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Villanova University.
He is a Charter Market Technician Holder.
