Mr. Ben J.
Durham is a Senior Research Analyst at Kite Lake Capital Management (UK) LLP.
Prior to joining Kite Lake as a Partner in July 2011, he worked at Davidson Kempner Partners, where, from January 2007 to March 2010, he was a Junior Portfolio Manager/Senior Analyst in their London office.
He primarily worked for the European equities team that ran one of the largest portfolios of European merger arbitrage and event-driven equity positions in the industry.
His focus was on UK and European merger arbitrage but he was also involved in various North American situations and selected transactions in the rest of the world.
Previously, he was an Analyst in the UK mergers & acquisitions group at Goldman Sachs International, which he joined in July 2005.
Mr. Duham graduated with a Master of Science degree with Distinction in Economic and Social History from Oxford University in June 2005.
He obtained a first class Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics and Management from Oxford University in June 2004.
