At the firm, Arman Alibekov led several projects and managed one of the its regional offices.
Before this, he worked in a group of external consultants retained for the restructuring of the Unified Energy System (RAO UES), a Russia's electric utility monopoly.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the National Academy of Management (Kazakhstan) and an MBA degree from Binghamton University (USA).
