Dr. Henfrey currently serves as chairman of Texon International Group and of the Pemco Group of companies and has served in a similar capacity on the boards of numerous other private equity funded investments in a wide variety of industry sectors over the past 15 years.
Dr. Henfrey is a Director and Fellow of the UK Society of Turnaround Professionals and a member of the CFA Institute.
He received a doctorate in chemistry from Oxford University in 1970, is a Chartered Chemist, a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and a Chartered Scientist.
He is a Fellow of St. Catherine’s College, Oxford and is a Trustee and Director of The Northern Rock Foundation.
