Before that, she worked at Deutsche Bank Securities investment banking division, where she focused on the Internet and software industry sectors.
Ms. Franke received her BS degree with honors in business administration with a major in finance from American University.
She received her MBA, majoring in accounting, from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.
