They are a holding firm of Russell Investments US Retail Holdco, Inc., ultimately owned by Russell Investments Group Ltd. The firm was founded in 1936 and was formerly known as Frank Russell Investment Co. RIM provides investment advisory services to affiliated pooled investment vehicles, pension and profit-sharing plans, government entities, insurance companies, foreign official institutions, financial intermediaries, and wrap-fee program clients of third-party financial intermediaries.

Founded in 1970, Momentum Investment Partners LLC is a registered investment advisor located in New York City. The firm is a subsidiary of OAM Avatar LLC and their ultimate parent is Overture Asset Managers LLC. They were formerly known as Avatar Associates. Momentum Investment Partners manages assets for institutional, financial advisory, private client and wrap brokerage portfolios.
