Mr. Aye specialized in leveraged cash flow transactions including MBOs, recapitalizations and acquisitions.
From 1990 to 1994, he was a middle-market commercial banker with American National Bank in Chicago.
Mr. Aye received a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MS in Management from the University of Colorado at Denver.
