Andrew joined Ravenscroft in October 2014 and was then appointed Group Chief Operating Officer in June 2017, having previously worked for 14 years at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management (formerly Collins Stewart).
Prior to that he worked at Rabobank (Guernsey) Limited as Banking Director, Bank of Bermuda (Guernsey) Limited as Head of Banking and Midland Bank Limited.
Andrew was educated at Elizabeth College, Guernsey and Sheffield Hallam University where he gained a Masters degree in Business Administration; he is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Andrew stood down as Group Chief Operating Officer in June 2021 but remains as a director of the company and is now overseeing the implementation of Ravenscroft's new client portal.

Andrew lived in the Panamanian jungle for three months in 1978 after he won a place on Phase 2 of the Operation Drake Round the World Expedition.
He completed a week long jungle survival training course during which he shot or caught and ate delicacies such as snake (bit like chicken), ant eater (very like pork) and vulture (reportedly, it is truly horrible).
