Mr. Amit Karode joined the Asset Management Group of NBAD in January 2008.
Amit has over a decade of experience in Capital Markets.
He started his career with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSEIL), where he gained hands on experience about the core stock exchange functions namely, Trading, Clearing & Settlement and Market Surveillance.
In 2005, he joined the Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX) as Manager (Clearing & Risk).
He was responsible for setting up the clearing function at DIFX.
His’s achievements include attaining Operational Efficiency in Cleaning house Operations and End to End System Testing for the launch of DIFX Operations.
Mr. Karode holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and Masters in Commerce (M.Com) from the Pune University, India.
He also holds Islamic Finance Qualification from Securities Investment Institute, London.
