Mr. El Jirari participated in most operations of the Moroccan stock market, among which: ONA-SNI spin in 2003, BCM-Wafabank merger, Maroc Telecom IPO in 2004, Addoha IPO in 2006, and CGI IPO in 2007.
Mr. El Jirari holds a Graduate Diploma in Wealth Management from the University of Rennes and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Ecole Nationale de Commerce and Management, Settat.
