Mr. Alisher Orynbekov joined IFK in December 2008.
Before starting to work in the Fund he was Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of directors of "Company on managing of investment portfolio "Compass".
In 2004-2005 he was a Director of the public company "Kazfranmunai".
In 2003-2004 he was a President in the Administration of the RoK.
Between 1993 and 2002 he held various positions in Ministry of Economy of RoK, "Asia House" Company, worked on projects of ADB, EBRD, GML International in Kazakshtan.
Mr. Alisher Orynbekov graduated from Kazakh State University, major: economist; Oxford University; Has a Master of Arts Degree in International Economics, Sussex University, UK.
