Mr. Rivera served as Vice President, Secretary and Board Member of Key Components from 1997 to 2004 and CFO and General Counsel of MMI Investments, an activist hedge fund, L.P.
from 1996 to 2012.
He is a former board member of Asta Funding, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASFI), the NYC Industrial Development Agency, NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation and Cancer Care, Inc. Mr. Rivera earned his BS in Business Administration from Boston University and his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University.
