Point sur Alitalia
Le Conseil d'administration d'Alitalia a décidé de soumettre à la prochaine assemblée une autorisation d'augmentation de capital de 300 millions d'euros. Les administrateurs nommés par Air France-KLM ont approuvé ce plan d'urgence pour permettre à Alitalia de continuer à opérer.
