She also held positions at Enterprise Strategy Group, Digital Equipment and IBM.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Boston College and an MBA with a concentration in technology management from University of Phoenix.

Ms. Jane Kim is a Director at Barings LLC.
She is a member of Barings’ Quantitative Management Equity Group.
She is responsible for research and portfolio management support.
She has worked in the industry since 2000.
Prior to joining the firm in 2004, she was a quantitative research analyst at State Street Global Advisors.
