Formerly known as AIG Huatai Fund Management Co. Ltd., the firm changed their name to Huatai-PineBridge Fund Management Co., Ltd. in 2010. Huatai-PineBridge FM is headquartered in Shanghai and manages a range of funds for individual and institutional investors.

E Fund Management Co., Ltd. (EFM) is an independent Chinese asset management firm which was founded in 2001. Headquartered in Guangzhou with branch offices throughout China, the firm manages mutual funds, institutional accounts and corporate pension funds for Chinese institutional and retail investors and also contributes to the management of the National Social Security Funds. EFM is a socially responsible investor which established the E Fund Education Foundation, a non-public charity foundation to care for, support and promote education.
