Minsheng Royal Fund Management Co., Ltd. (Minsheng RFM) is an independent joint venture fund management firm which was founded in 2008 by China Minsheng Banking Co., Ltd., Royal Bank of Canada Financial Group, and Three Gorges Finance Co., Ltd. Headquartered in Shenzhen, Minsheng RFM is the first joint venture firm in China which has both domestic and foreign banks as major shareholders. They manage the Minsheng fund range for a range of clients including institutions, insurance companies, securities firms and asset management companies.

China Southern Asset Management Co., Ltd. (CSAM) is an independent Chinese fund management firm which was founded in 1998. Headquartered in Shenzhen, the firm launched China's first listed open-ended fund in 2004 and manages a range of close-ended and open-ended investment funds for institutional clients and private individuals. They are one of the investment managers selected by the Chinese government to manage an institutional mandate for the National Social Security Fund. In 2007, CSAM acquired QDII status (Qualified Domestic Institutional Investors) allowing them to invest in the overseas capital markets under the foreign exchange control system in China. They announced the launching, in cooperation with US-based Mellon Financial Corporation, of their first QDII investment fund in 2007.

China Post & Capital Fund Management Co., Ltd. (CPCFM) is an independent Chinese investment advisory firm which was founded in 2006. Headquartered in Beijing, the firm provides a range of services including fund raising, fund sales, asset management and other business activities as permitted by China Securities Regulatory Commission. They are the investment manager of several open-ended investment funds.
