Mr. Willauer B.
Willauer is a Principal at HeadInvest LLC.
He has been with Head and Associates since 1992 after devoting several years to financial markets, most of them with Credit Suisse First Boston.
He has been directly involved with sales and trading of equities and fixed income securities, both taxable and tax exempt.
He entered the business with Credit Suisse First Boston Corp.
in 1969 specializing in institutional marketing in the Boston office.
In 1984 he joined their Capital Markets Group in New York.
Mr. Willauer is Board Chair of the Maine College of Art and a member of the boards of the Landing School of Boatbuilding and Design and Cruising Club of America, where he is past Rear Commodore of the Boston Station.
He was President of the Maine Yacht Racing Association and former Commodore of the Prouts Neck Yacht Club.
Previously he served on the boards of the Portland Symphony Orchestra, United Way, the World Affairs Council of Maine and Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, MA.
