Prior to joining Quadrangle in 2009, Mr. Shah was a Principal at Perella Weinberg Partners focused on the firm’s multi-manager strategy which invests using the strategies and techniques commonly utilized by the largest U.S.
endowments.
Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Shah was the Director of Public Market Investments at the University of Texas Investment Management Company (“UTIMCO”) where he helped to oversee and manage nearly $15 billion of investments across global equity, fixed income and derivatives for the organization’s endowment and operating funds.
Prior to joining UTIMCO, Mr. Shah was a Senior Analyst at Green, Manning & Bunch, an investment bank located in Denver, and an Investment Associate with Salmann Trust AG, a privately-held asset management firm located in Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
Mr. Shah received a B.S.
in business administration from the University of Tulsa and an M.B.A.
from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Shah holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
