Dr. Tolegen Muldashev is Head of Risk Management at Kazyna Capital Management JSC.
He has many years banking and finance experience in the Kazakhstan market.
Before joining Kazyna Capital Management he worked with Resmi Group developing the first AIM-listed private equity fund in Central Asia.
Previously, he was the First Deputy Chairman of Bank CenterCredit, the fifth largest commercial bank in Kazakhstan.
He was also formerly the Chairman of the Exchange Council of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange and played a leading role in establishing the Exchange.
Over the years he has developed an extensive network of high level contacts throughout the Kazakh business and political communities.
Dr. Muldashev graduated from the Kazakh State University named after Kirov.
He holds a PhD in Mathematics from the most prestigious Academy of Sciences of the Former Soviet Union.
