Sanders III, and James C. Shircliff. They are a subsidiary of RRAM Acquisition LLC, ultimately owned by Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (NYSE: AMG). River Road provides institutional separate account and investment sub-advisory services to a broad range of domestic and international clients.

ABN AMRO Asset Management (AAM) is the separately organized U.S. investment management business of ABN AMRO Holding NV (NYSE: ABN). AAM offers a line of global, regional and domestic investment strategies to institutional and individual investors worldwide as segregated accounts, as well as through ABN AMRO mutual funds. The firm is based in Chicago.
