Schweizerische Mobiliar Asset Management AG (Schweizerische Mobiliar AM) is the asset management subsidiary of Schweizerische Mobiliar Holding AG, itself a subsidiary of Schweizerische Mobiliar Genossenschaft AG in Switzerland. Established in 1826, the firm is based in Berne and has a network of real estate partners throughout Switzerland. They operate as an independent fund management firm, providing the Group’s institutional asset and pension fund management, as well as managing the MobiFonds range of funds for individual and institutional investors.

Deutsche Asset Management Schweiz AG (DeAMS) is the Swiss investment advisory and fund management subsidiary of Deutsche Bank (Suisse) SA (Provate Banking), ultimately held by Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE: DB) in Germany, Established in 1994, the firm is based in Zurich and focuses on institutional asset management.
