Gartenstadt Nürnberg eG is a socially oriented housing association located in Nürnberg, Germany. The German company manages approximately 2,500 apartments and has been responsible for the sustainable development of residential quarters for over 110 years. Gartenstadt Nürnberg eG promotes its members through its own savings facility and offers safe living spaces at fair usage fees. The private company continuously modernizes its historical rental stock and adds new buildings to it. The company was founded in 1908 and is one of the few settlements that consistently implemented the basic idea of the garden city movement.
