Prior to joining CBRE Investors, Mr. O’Connor served in various financial planning and analysis roles before being named CFO of GE Real Estate in Europe in 2006 and then CFO of the U.S.
Equity business in 2008.
At GE, he oversaw growth in income and assets of over 100 percent and 50 percent respectively in a two-year period.
Most recently he lead the strategic review of GE's North American operations and the build out of the company's fund management capability.
Prior to his service at GE, Shaun held finance positions at AIG and IBM.
Mr. O’Connor is a graduate of Purdue University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, and Western Connecticut State University, where he earned an MBA.
