Prior to joining Mezz Cap in March 2004, Mr. Khan was a Senior Banker with CWCapital Corporation, a North American subsidiary of CDP Capital.
Based in Newport Beach, Mr. Khan co-headed the group's capital markets initiatives on the West Coast.
Before joining CWCapital, Mr. Khan was a Director at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company in San Francisco, CA, and was responsible for pricing and structuring Prudential's capital markets loan originations in California.
Prior to Prudential, Mr. Khan was a Vice President at Nomura Asset Capital Corporation in San Francisco, CA, where he was involved with real estate underwriting and securitization.
Mr. Khan also spent five years with the Management and Consulting Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles and New York.
Mr. Khan is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
