Prior to joining Emerald Hill Capital, he worked as a Vice-President in the Private Wealth Management division in San Francisco and as a Vice-President of Equity Research in Singapore where he headed Morgan Stanley's Asian Energy Research team (and was deemed the #1 Asia Energy Analyst by Greenwich Associates.) Before joining Morgan Stanley in 1997, he engaged in financial consulting work for global corporate clients with Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte & Touche LLC, and Andersen Consulting.
Mr. Choung holds an M.B.A in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, B.S in Business Management and MIS, cum laude, from the University of Connecticut.
