I am passionate about working with Impactful businesses to drive positive change in our society whilst building shareholder value.
I strongly believe that a committed approach to Impact is both a force for good as well as being a key value driver in any business.
I am excited to be supporting ambitious management teams pre and post deal to elevate their future business plans through impact investing.
I enjoy building an in depth knowledge of the businesses I work with and developing strong working relationships with the management teams throughout the investment process.
I have a breadth of experience across a range of sectors with a particular interest in Healthcare & Life Sciences businesses.
I joined Palatine in January 2016 from NBGI Private Equity where I spent over four years working on a number of platforms and add-on acquisitions whilst holding several board positions.
I started my career at PwC where I worked on a variety of private equity transactions and financial restructurings.
I am a qualified chartered accountant with a degree in politics from Edinburgh University.
Outside of work I am a keen cyclist and avid rugby and cricket fan (when my three young children allow me to go of course!).
I am also a school governor at my daughter’s school.
