Mr. Robert J.
Fisher
is a Principal & Municipal Credit Analyst at 1919 Investment Counsel LLC.
His primary responsibility is as the Municipal Credit Analyst for the firm’s separately managed municipal fixed income portfolios.
He also provides analysis and expertise through special research projects related to the Municipal Finance Industry and is a member of the Fixed Income Committee.
Mr. Fisher entered the financial services industry in 1998.
He began his career as an Analyst for local government bonds at Moody’s Investors Service and later was an Assistant Vice President at Dexia Credit Local’s New York branch in their public finance division.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a Vice President at Citigroup in their Global Credit Center – Municipals group.
He earned his B.A.
from Albion College (Michigan) and M.S.
from the New School University’s Milano School of International Affairs, Management and Urban Policy located in New York.
He serves as a member on the Board of Governors for the Anneslie Community Association and as Vice President of Municipal Bond Club of Baltimore.
