Jenkins joined Defenders of Wildlife in 2006 and currently serves as Director of International Conservation.
Prior to joining Defenders, he was an Attorney and Policy Analyst at the International Center for Technology Assessment and the Center for Food Safety, and a Senior Attorney at the Center for Science in the Public Interest.
Mr. Jenkins was a Contractor of the US Fish and Wildlife Service.
He received a BA degree from Hampshire College, Master's degree in Environmental Studies from the Yale University, and a JD degree from the University of Puget Sound.
