Prior to joining Fifth Street in July 2010, Mr. Kalsi was a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on M&A transactions.
Additionally, he served as an Associate in the Global Consumer & Retail Group at Banc of America Securities, where he worked on numerous M&A and financing transactions.
He also has experience in private equity with the TZP Group, a New York-based private equity firm focused on making control investments in services companies.
Mr. Kalsi received his M.B.A.
in Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.S.
Summa Cum Laude in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College.
He is also a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
