Dr. Nandini Krishnan is a Senior Economist at The World Bank.
She's part of the Poverty and Equity Global Practice of the firm.
She leads the poverty program in Afghanistan and co-leads the poverty program in Bangladesh.
She has worked on many fragile and conflict-affected situations (including Iraq, the West Bank and Gaza, and the Republic of Yemen) and co-led analytical programs focusing on refugee hosting situations.
She has supported impact evaluations of large-scale projects and programs in Nigeria, South Africa, and Tanzania.
Dr. Krishnan received her PhD in Economics from Boston University.
