He is also the Vice-Chair of the Executive Board of the North Pacific Conference of the Covenant Church.
Mr. Vance is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Certified Financial Planner.
In addition, he has received the Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) designation.
He graduated from Linfield College with a BS in Accounting with honors.
