Profil

Martien Kuunders joined PTV in 2001.
He brings 15 years data communications technology experience, broad industry networks and operational execution skills to PTV.
Prior to joining PTV, Martien was Director of Product Technology with Priority Wireless, a company that has acquired licenses for Wireless Local Loop throughout Europe.
Prior to this position he was Senior Information Architect with Information Innovation, a start-up company which has developed a competitive intelligence mapping product.
Before joining this company, he held positions as Senior Sales consultant and Product Manager Internet Services with Winstar Communications, a start-up Wireless Local Loop company (NASDAQ; WCII).
From 1997 to 1999, Martien was involved in consultancy, sales support and architectural design of IP based networks and services of KPN Telecom Internet Services in The Netherlands.
From 1995 to 1997, Martien was employed in the Mobile Network Services division of KPN Telecom and involved in the Value Added Services, where he was responsible for developing business cases.
He started his career in 1991 with KPN Research where he designed and developed a planning system for mobile communication networks.
Further, he was a project manager for a number of research projects in KPN's data and voice networks.
Martien has a MSc in Computer Science and a Master of Technical Development from Eindhoven University of Technology and has considerable technical expertise in many data communication fields.
He currently serves as a board observer with 3mensio Medical Imaging and Pulsic.
