Mr. Mark Gallien, CFA, is Vice President at Burgundy Asset Management Ltd.
He joined Burgundy in May 2002.
He has wealth of experience advising high net worth individuals, trusts and foundations on their investment strategies.
Prior to joining Burgundy, Mr. Gallien was Vice President and an Investment Counselor with KPMG Investment Advisors Inc. where he played a key role in investment policy development, asset allocation, client servicing and marketing.
Prior to that he spent several years with CIBC and Royal Trust.
Mr. Gallien graduated from Algonquin College in Ottawa in 1990.
He is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute, a Certified Investment Manager, a Certified Financial Planner, and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1997.
He has also studied in the Executive Education programs of the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, the Richard Ivey School of Business, the Harvard Business School, and the CFA Institute.
He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Toronto CFA Society.
