Mr. Laurent Jeanmart, CFA MBA, is the Global Head of Investment at Platinum Capital Management Ltd.
Mr. Jeanmart previously worked at Signia Wealth where he was head of the company’s new hedge fund proposition from GLG Partners.
At GLG, he served as an Investment Director, Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst in the Fund of Hedge Funds Division, allocating to all hedge funds strategies across all geographies and being a voting member of GLG Multi Manager Investment's Investment Committee and Asset Allocation Committee.
Before his five years with GLG Partners, he was an Associate with Lazard Freres in Paris in the Private Wealth Division, focusing for four years on European-based ultra High Net Worth clients.
He started his career at BNP Finance (now BNP Paribas) in Paris as a Front-risk Analyst.
He holds a Master's Degree in Political Sciences and a Master's Degree in Finance.
Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder.
