I am a qualified company secretary with 15 years’ experience of working in the financial services sector.
Prior to joining the company I was legal services manager for an international life assurance company with offices in Dubai, Hong Kong, Cyprus and the Isle of Man.
In 2000, I moved to Wales to take up the position of assistant company secretary at Hyder plc where I had specific responsibility for the investment division and joint venture businesses.
As part of my role, I have been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority to perform the compliance oversight function for regulated fund management activities performed by FW Capital Limited.
I am an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and successfully completed the Common Professional Examination and Law Society Finals Examination.
