Jason is a Partner in CPS Capital, and leads the firm alongside Jeff Tung and Michael Arblaster.
Jason leads sourcing and transaction efforts and works closely with our management teams on value creation initiatives.
Jason also leads the firm’s fundraising and investor relations functions.
Prior to CPS Jason was with Fiera Capital, joining the firm after its acquisition of CGOV Asset Management in 2018.
Jason served as Partner with CGOV, and was a key player in growing the firm’s AUM from C$1B to C$5.5B over his tenure.
Prior to CGOV, Jason was a lawyer with Rohmer & Fenn, practicing primarily corporate and commercial law and litigation.
Jason holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, and a JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
