Prior to this, Mr. Lombardi held Senior Financial positions at the Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical Company and the Revlon Healthcare Group in New York.
Mr. Lombardi is a CPA certified in the state of New Jersey and has a degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
