Mr. David Morris is Partner & Senior Vice President at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors LLC.
Prior to joining Quadrant Real Estate Advisors in 2006, Mr. Morris was a Senior Vice President of GMAC Institutional Advisor, LLC.
Prior to joining GMAC 2001, he was a principal in the Investment Sales Department at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc. During his 9 years with Lend Lease, Mr. Morris was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions of equity and debt investments.
He also served as an asset specialist for Kilburn Young Asset Management Corporation, a mortgage workout firm, and as a financial institution examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
He has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1988.
Mr. Morris holds a B.B.A. in finance from West Georgia College and a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
