David is the Greater London Authority’s Assistant Director of Finance, leading on the preparation of the Mayor of London’s £16bn budget for police, transport, fire and the Mayor’s Development Corporations.
He is also responsible for the GLA’s investments of £2.5bn and borrowings of £4.5bn.
Previously he worked in senior finance positions at three London Boroughs, including running a local authority’s support functions for schools, including its education finance function.
David was Chair of Governors of the Charter School North Dulwich throughout most of the last decade and is also a non-Executive Director on the Elliott Foundation Multi-Academy Trust.
